"Letting Go ... release & set yourself free"

"Letting Go" is an 8 week online course, centred around releasing and clearing all of your low vibration emotions [shame, fear, guilt etc] that often can, and do, contribute to stuck and/or negative emotions, experiences, patterns, limiting beliefs, self judgement and health issues. This is based on the Map of Consciousness by David R. Hawkins; and combined with Joseph P Ghabi’s guided meditation work. Each week we will delve into one or two emotions and how they affect you, both emotionally and physically. We will start from the place of Self Love, as it is a most important part … yet often the hardest place to start. This is the time to make Yourself a Priority and Love Yourself Again… All Of You; even the parts that you aren’t aware of, or have been hiding from. It’s time to bring everything out into the light, release it, and set yourself free!

Included in the 8/9 week program:

• 9 x 1-1.5 live weekly group zoom sessions with guided meditation & other energy healing  modalities included
• access to "do-it-yourself" guided meditations to clear your own blocks, empowering yourself to take charge of your life
• recorded sessions if you have to miss one
