Energy Chair MassageUnlike the table massage, this seated energy massage can take place anywhere. This is more of an energy healing vs a massage, with holding, pushing and/or pressing of the hands on the body in specific spots. The seated position allows for more head/neck movement and lower body joint release. Similar to the table massage, there is a profound sense of relaxation and balancing. Excellent alternative to those who can't get onto the massage table.
Each 60 minute session includes 30-45 minute massage & 15-20 minutes discussion time.
