Three wonderful options to choose from ... to help your body move, groove, stay strong, flexible, stretchy and healthy:

2.   Live Zoom Exercise Classes 3x week

By using and applying the knowledge of Medical Exercise Training to each class or exercise routine; your body is gently challenged to take you beyond where you thought you might be able to go.   Every "body" has issues ... when we take that into consideration and work with it, instead of against it ... miracles happen.  ** these classes and training sessions are for anyone with replaced joints, arthritis, back issues, joint issues, feeling stiff, sore or creaky.
LIVE Exercise Classes via Zoom:  Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 30-45 mins

Monday: general exercise / all over strengthening class
Wednesday: low impact cardio
Friday: focus on knee & hip strengthening

- all classes include warm up and cool down/stretching time -

$10 per class ... must pre-purchase for the month

$120 a month - access to ALL classes PLUS  pre-recorded classes

Some of the pre-recorded classes are general exercise routines, targeting all muscles groups; while others are geared more towards a specific areas or condition.

  • Seated Joint Warm Up​​ 
    warming up each joint and the muscles surrounding; bringing synovial fluid into the joint to lubricate; great for anyone with chronic pain to just get the whole body moving; can be done daily


  • 30 min "General" Exercise Class
    includes the joint warm-up & stretching at the end; targets each muscle group; some seated exercises, some standing. 
    based on the routine I teach at a retirement community

  • ​Upper Body Exercises
    a more intense routine for anyone who has shoulder, rotator cuff or back issues. recommended to do the joint warm-up first 


  • ​Seated Cardio + More
    want a little more zing to your workout? this is the one for you. seated [& some standing if you like] cardio and upper body workout. get your heart and lungs working!!

  • Posture & Back Exercises - on the floor
    ​
    an excellent sequence for the whole back & shoulders; including glutes; for anyone who sits at a computer or likes to garden; forward posture​
    ​
  • Core Exercises  - on the floor
    do all of them or pick & choose what works for you; can be modified for different levels
